Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. There may be processing time before the refund is officially posted.
For gift returns, if the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
